What we do

11+ and 13+ prep

We prepare children for their upcoming 11+ and 13+ examinations. We are a husband and wife team experienced in both 11+ and 13+ Common entrance examination preparation. We help with maths, NVR, VR and english.

GCSE prep

We help prepare students for their GCSE mathematics examinations, covering all topics required for all 3 examinations.

General support

We also provide private and individualised support in many subjects, helping our students to not only better prepare for tests and exams, but also to help them build confidence and understanding in their learning.

Options

Individual

One - to - one private tuition offers numerous benefits for students. Firstly, it allows for personalized attention and tailored instruction. Unlike in a classroom setting, where the teacher has to cater to the needs of multiple students, private tuition allows the tutor to focus solely on the individual student. This leads to a more efficient learning process, as the tutor can identify the student's strengths and weaknesses and create a customized study plan accordingly.

£ 45 per hour

Pairs

Private tuition in pairs, with a two to one ratio, offers numerous benefits for students. Firstly, it enables a more personalized learning experience. With only two students and one tutor, the attention and focus can be evenly divided, ensuring that each student recieves individualized instruction and support. This allows a more tailored approach to address their specific learning needs and goals. Additionally, learning in pairs promotes collaboration and peer interaction. Students can exchange ideas, discuss different perspectives, and engage in productive discussions that enhance their critical thinking and communication skills.
